If you’ve been around here for more than a minute, you already know Lexie basically runs this house. She’s big, she’s dramatic, she’s picky, & she absolutely knows she deserves the best of everything.
So this week’s Sunday Shares is dedicated to our four-legged family members, the picky eaters, the treat snobs, the ones who turn their nose up like you’ve offended them personally.
Here are the things that actually pass the Lexie test (& that’s a big test)
1 Stella & Chewy’s Magical Dinner Dust
This is Lexie’s holy grail. I’m not kidding. She absolutely refuses to touch her food without “the good stuff.”
It’s a freeze-dried beef powder that’s 95% pure beef, no fillers, no mystery ingredients. I sprinkle a tiny bit on her food & suddenly she’s acting like she’s at a steakhouse.
A little goes a long way, which is honestly why I think this is worth the buy. It’s on my Subscribe & Save every month because running out would be… a crisis.

2 Sugar Cookie Pet Cologne – $7
To be honest, I used to roll my eyes at pet perfume… until I tried this one. It smells like a sweet, fresh grooming… not chemically, not overpowering, just clean & cozy.
Major bonus:
It’s made in the USA with purified water & perfumer’s alcohol, so I don’t feel weird using it on her. And when Lexie comes cuddling up on the couch, she smells like a warm cookie instead of… whatever she rolled in or ate earlier.

3. Rawhide-Free Beef Rings
Lexie is ridiculously picky with treats, so when she goes wild for something, I take notes.
These rings are rawhide-free, made with real beef, & no wheat or soy… all things that help her avoid flare-ups with her paws. They’re not too hard, not too soft, & they last longer than your average treat.
Honestly, I should buy these in bulk.

4. Duck-Wrapped Cod Skin Chews
If you want a treat that feels a little fancier without paying “fancy” prices, this is it. (These are currently in her stocking)
They’re made from 100% real duck & cod skin, no additives, no weird preservatives. Plus they’re naturally full of omega-3s, which is great for skin, coat, & joints… especially for the bigger pups like Lexie.
She looks like she’s smoking a cigar when she eats them, but whatever… she’s happy.

Final Thoughts
If your dog is anything like mine, they’re picky, spoiled, & honestly deserve it. These four items are in heavy rotation at my house because they actually work — good ingredients, good prices, & zero side-eye from Lexie.
Next week I’ll have something completely different, but today…it’s all about the pups.
